SPEND £10 TO SAVE £590

Assembled and tested in the UK, Mechline’s Fan Blade has been specifically designed to deliver a spray pattern that not only saves water, but also has a very effective cleaning pattern, that allows users to clean plates effectively whilst using less water than conventional spray guns.
Even at low water pressure (a common experience in the UK) an effective spray pattern is still delivered. This helps the users and reduces water wastage further because of the quicker cleaning effect.
Adding a fan spray gun to a Mechline pre-rinse costs from around £10, but this reduces water consumption by up to 38% water giving potential savings of £591 per year.

Mechline also offers a water-saving head for its range of AquaJet pre-rinses, delivering water savings up to 25%. Available at no extra cost if ordered with the pre-rinse.
A standard pre-rinse spray (such as our AJPR30 for example) delivers approximately 11.94 Litres per minute through the hot and cold ports with an inlet pressure on both sides of 6 bar. Fitting the energy saving faceplate provides a saving of 2.99 litres per minute.
Mechline has also recently introduced SHORTER AquaJet pre-rinses, designed to fit areas where the traditional height of a pre-rinse makes it difficult to install and use. Pictured below is an AquaJet 30 shorter model.
