Convotherm EcoCooking saves up to 25%
Manitowoc will launch Convotherm's latest energy saving innovation at Hotelympia 2010 (Stands N2340/S2553). The new EcoCooking Mode has been designed to reduce energy usage by up to 25% and will be added as a standard feature to all models from January 2010
