To mark the show, Major has teamed up with Benihana, the renowned pioneers of  ‘entertainment style’ Japanese cuisine to run a simple, easy to enter competition.  So if you are a caterer and fancy winning a gourmet meal for two at Benihana, Piccadilly then all you need do is log onto www.majorint.com and answer two very simple questions about Japanese cuisine.  Download the entry form and bring it with you to Hotelympia when you will be entered into a prize draw.
